Ingredients:
For the Beef Filling:
500 g minced beef

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (20 ml)

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 green peppers, diced

1 red pepper, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

100 g tomato sauce

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon thyme

½ teaspoon turmeric

Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
