Weekend Favorite: Creamy Chicken Pasta Delight

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:
Season the diced chicken fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg, and oregano.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chicken over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Onion and Garlic:
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Combine:
Return chicken to the pan, then add cooked pasta. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes to blend the flavors.

Serve:
Plate the pasta hot. Optional: Top with grated Parmesan or fresh parsley.
