1 banana peel (rich in potassium and phosphorus)
1 tablespoon used coffee grounds (provides nitrogen and organic matter)
1 liter of water
Optional: 1 teaspoon molasses or sugar (feeds beneficial microbes)
How to Make:
Chop the banana peel into small pieces.
In a blender, combine the banana peel, coffee grounds, and water. Blend until smooth.
Optional: stir in molasses or sugar.
Pour the mixture into a container and let it sit for 24 hours to ferment slightly.
