Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Potatoes: A Melt-in-Your-Mouth Side Dish

Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.

Add the cubed potatoes, olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and pepper, then stir well to coat all the potatoes evenly.

Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–7 hours, until potatoes are tender and golden.

Stir once halfway through cooking for best results.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
