Simple and Cheesy Meatballs Parmigiana – A Classic Italian-American Comfort

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, Parmesan, almond flour, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined — do not overmix.

Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned.

In a baking dish, pour half of the marinara sauce. Add the baked meatballs, then cover with the remaining sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella and extra Parmesan over the top.

Bake again for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve hot.
