Savory Teriyaki Shrimp Tossed with Roasted Broccoli Pasta

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli florets with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.

Cook the Pasta:
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Teriyaki Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger together.

Cook the Shrimp:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Thicken the Sauce:
Add the sauce mixture to the same skillet. Bring to a simmer, stir in the cornstarch slurry, and cook until thickened (1–2 minutes).

Combine Everything:
Return shrimp to the pan and coat in sauce. In a large bowl, mix pasta, roasted broccoli, and teriyaki shrimp.

Garnish & Serve:
Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
