Savory Puff Pastry Twists with Ham, Cheese & Veggies

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, combine the shredded cheese, cream cheese (if using), chopped ham or bacon, and veggies. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cut & Fill:
Roll out each puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Cut into strips about 2 inches wide. Spoon a line of filling down the center of each strip.

Twist:
Fold the pastry over the filling lengthwise. Gently twist each strip to form a spiral and place on the baking tray.

Egg Wash:
Beat the egg and brush over each twist to give them a golden finish.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

Garnish & Serve:
Let cool for a few minutes, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
