Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

While the ravioli cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2–3 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add asparagus and cook for another 3–4 minutes, until tender-crisp.

Add cooked ravioli to the pan and toss gently to combine.

Season with herbs, salt, and pepper.

Serve immediately with grated Parmesan and chili flakes if desired.
