Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Mix the potato layer: In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, eggs, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Season the chicken: Toss chicken with paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Assemble: In a greased baking dish, spread the potato mixture evenly. Layer seasoned chicken over the top.

Optional: Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
