Ingredients
For the Potato Patties:

2 large eggs

1 kg (2.2 lbs) potatoes, peeled and grated

2 onions, finely chopped

5 tbsp (40 g) all-purpose flour

2 tbsp (30 g) butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Chicken & Mushroom Filling:

400 g chicken fillet, diced

200 g mushrooms, sliced

1 onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

150 ml cooking cream

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
