Break the biscuits into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a large bowl.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter. Stir until everything is melted and smooth.
Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat and let cool for 3–5 minutes.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the broken biscuits and mix well until all pieces are coated.
Line a rectangular or loaf pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the pan to compact.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
Optional: top with melted chocolate, nuts, or coconut before chilling.
Slice and serve cold.
