Ingredients:
50 grams (about 1 cup) of red or yellow onion peels
2 liters (about 8 cups) of water
How to Make:
Place the onion peels in a saucepan.
Add 2 liters of water.
Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 7–8 minutes.
Pour the liquid into a tightly sealed container.
Let it sit overnight in a cool, dark place.
Strain the liquid the next morning.
