Morning Magic: Ham and Cheese Crustless Quiche

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a pie dish or small baking dish with butter or oil.

Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Add half-and-half, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Assemble Quiche:
Spread the chopped ham and shredded Swiss cheese evenly in the bottom of the greased baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the top.

Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is slightly golden.

Cool & Serve:
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Great with a fresh green salad or toast.
