Morning & After-Dinner Detox Tea: A Healing Blend with Garlic, Turmeric, Onion, Ginger, Cinnamon & Guava Leaves

1 garlic clove (crushed)

½ small onion (sliced)

1 tsp grated ginger or 1 small piece fresh

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 small cinnamon stick

3–4 fresh guava leaves (or 1 tsp dried)

How to Make
Boil the water in a pot.

Add all the ingredients to the boiling water.

Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Strain and drink warm.
