Mixed Pickles: Turnip, Carrot, Cucumber, Green Pepper & Lemon

Ingredients:

Lemons

Nigella seeds (black seeds)

Safflower

Salt

Lemon juice

Oil

How to Make:

Mix nigella seeds, safflower, salt, and a spoon of oil for stuffing.

Wash and dry lemons. Cut and stuff with the mixture.

Place in a jar and pour in lemon juice until nearly full.

Top with oil to cover. Seal.

Ready in 1 month.
