Mixed Pickles: Turnip, Carrot, Cucumber, Green Pepper & Lemon

Ingredients:

Green peppers

Garlic

Oil

Bay leaves

Prepared pickling water

How to Make:

Wash and slit green peppers.

Place in a jar with garlic and bay leaves.

Fill with brine and top with a little oil.

Seal and wait 15 days before use.
