Mixed Pickles: Turnip, Carrot, Cucumber, Green Pepper & Lemon

Ingredients:

Carrots

Green pepper (optional)

Bay leaves

Prepared pickling water

How to Make:

Wash and cut the carrots.

Place in jars with bay leaves and green pepper (if using).

Fill with pickling brine and seal.

Ready after 15 days.

🥒 3. Pickled Cucumber
Ingredients:

Cucumbers (small or large)

Bay leaves

2 garlic cloves

Prepared pickling water

How to Make:

Wash cucumbers. Slit small ones; cut large ones lengthwise.

Place in a jar with bay leaves and garlic.

Pour in the brine and seal.

Ready in 5 days.
