1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger (sliced or grated)
Juice of ½ lemon
1.5 cups water
(Optional) 1 teaspoon honey for extra soothing
How to Make
Boil the ginger in water for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice (and honey, if using).
Stir well and drink warm, preferably in the morning or before bedtime.
