Light Cumin Cheese Buns with Egg Whites and Curd

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the curd and egg whites. Mix until smooth.

Add the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cumin seeds. Stir until a thick batter forms.

Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes to allow the oat flour to absorb moisture.

Scoop the batter into small bun shapes on the baking tray.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

Let cool slightly before serving.
