Grow a Lemon Tree in 30 Days: The Peeled Seed Method That Actually Works

Extract the Seeds: Cut the lemon and remove several seeds.

Clean and Peel: Rinse off all pulp, then gently peel the outer coating (seed coat) using your fingernails or tweezers — be careful not to damage the inner seed.

Pre-Germinate: Wrap the peeled seeds in a moist paper towel and place them in a sealed plastic bag. Store in a warm, dark place for 7–10 days.

Check for Sprouts: After 10 days, check for tiny roots. Once visible, plant each seed in potting soil about 1 cm deep.

Care for the Seedling: Keep the soil moist but not soggy. Place the pot in a warm, sunny spot (indirect sunlight is fine at first).

Watch it Grow: Within 30 days, you should see a small, healthy lemon seedling.
