Introduction:
These Moroccan-style steak kebabs are juicy, flavorful, and infused with a savory-spiced marinade. Grilled to perfection, they’re perfect for backyard barbecues or easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients:
Meat:

1¼ lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

Produce:

2 medium bell peppers (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces

1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Condiments & Marinade:

2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp ground coriander

¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
