Grandma’s Fig & Vinegar Tonic: A Natural Liver Cleanser

Place the dried figs in the jar.

Pour vinegar over them until completely covered.

Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 2–3 days.

Once soaked, the figs will become soft and infused with vinegar.

How to Use
Eat 1 soaked fig every morning on an empty stomach.

Optionally, drink 1–2 teaspoons of the vinegar liquid.

Continue for 3 consecutive days for best results.
