Golden Potato Sunflower with Brie and Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Grease a round baking dish or springform pan with a little melted butter.

Arrange the thin potato slices in concentric circles around the pan to mimic a sunflower pattern. Overlap each slice slightly.

Drizzle with melted butter and pour over the cream evenly. Season with salt and black pepper.

Slice the Brie into small wedges and place them evenly in the center, or spread them over the potatoes for more melt.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly across the top.

Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbling.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.
