Garlic Butter Parmesan Chicken Bites with Creamy Cajun Drizzle

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese. Toss in the cooked chicken until well coated. Set aside.

For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic and onion powders.

Add heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan and adjust seasoning.

Plate the chicken and drizzle with the warm creamy Cajun sauce.
