Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly.

Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream cheese, cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Mix well until creamy.

Roll It Up: Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.

Shape and Slice: Roll the dough up tightly (like a cinnamon roll) and slice into 1-inch pieces.

Bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
