Combine the mixtures:
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a whisk to avoid lumps. If the batter is too thick, add a bit more milk to reach the desired consistency.
Cooking:
Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour a small amount of batter into the hot pan to form small circles. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake. Flip it over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
