In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
Add melted butter and milk, mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for 3–5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Filling:
Mash the boiled potato while still warm.
Add butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs. Mix well and let cool.
Fold in the mozzarella cheese.
Assemble the Bread:
Divide the dough into 2 equal balls. Roll each into a thin circle.
Place the filling in the center of one circle, then cover with the second dough circle.
Seal the edges well by pressing or pinching shut.
Cook the Bread:
Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Lightly oil the surface.
Cook the bread for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool slightly, then cut and enjoy!
