Classic Corned Beef Hash

Heat Pan: In a large skillet, melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté Onion: Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.

Add Potatoes: Stir in the diced potatoes and cook, pressing gently to crisp, for 6–8 minutes.

Add Corned Beef: Mix in the corned beef. Cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes to get a nice crust. Stir and repeat until heated through and crispy.

Season & Serve: Season with salt and pepper. Top with parsley or a fried egg if desired. Serve hot.
