Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the tops off the baguettes and hollow them out to form “boats.”
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add butter, cream (or milk), salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Stir in shredded chicken and half the cheese. Mix until melted and creamy.
Spoon the mixture into the baguette boats. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
