In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, milk, and butter. Mix well until the dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Prepare the Filling:
Mash the boiled potatoes and mix with grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Bread:
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the mashed potato and cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Roll it up tightly like a Swiss roll.

Bake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the bread roll on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
