Asian-Inspired Pulled Pork Stir-Fry with Cabbage

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Stir in the cabbage, bell pepper, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.

Add pulled pork, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce. Toss well to coat.

Cook for another 3–4 minutes until heated through and flavors combine.

Taste and adjust with chili flakes or sriracha if desired.

Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions.
