Melt Gelatin: Gently heat the gelatin (microwave for a few seconds or heat over warm water) until fully dissolved.

Combine: Stir the dissolved gelatin into the strawberry mixture.

Assemble: Pour the filling over the cookie base.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or until set.
