Spiced Blackened Fish Lettuce Wraps

In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Toss the fish cubes with olive oil and coat with the spice mixture.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the fish for 2–3 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through. Let cool slightly.

Arrange romaine lettuce leaves on a serving platter.

Spoon some creamy dressing into each leaf.

Add blackened fish cubes and cherry tomatoes.

Garnish with chopped herbs and serve.
