Sizzling Sirloin Steak Fajitas

In a large bowl, toss the sliced steak, peppers, and onion with olive oil and fajita seasoning until well coated.

Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the entire mixture to the hot pan.

Let it cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes to get a nice sear.

Toss everything, then cook another 3 minutes. Toss again and cook for a final 2–3 minutes, until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.

Remove from heat. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top if desired.
