No-Bake Biscoff Slice

Mix the crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter until fully combined.
Press firmly into a lined 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking tin. Chill for 15 minutes.

Make the Filling:
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add milk if needed for easier spreading.

Assemble:
Spread the filling evenly over the chilled base. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Decorate and Chill:
Drizzle the melted Biscoff spread over the top and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until set.

Slice and Serve:
Cut into squares and enjoy!
