Natural Onion & Honey Cough Syrup

Peel and finely chop the onions.

In a clean jar or bowl, add a layer of chopped onion.

Cover with a layer of honey.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

Cover and let the mixture sit for 6–8 hours or overnight at room temperature.

Strain the syrup using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean container. Discard the onion pieces.

How to Use
Adults: 1 tablespoon every 2–3 hours.

Children (1 year and older): 1 teaspoon every 2–3 hours.

Best time: Morning and evening for consistent relief.
