Natural Homemade Cough Syrup with Garlic, Ginger, and Turmeric

1 cup honey (preferably raw and organic)

1 tablespoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

How to Make
Prepare Ingredients: Peel and grate the ginger. Peel and finely mince the garlic.

Mix and Heat: In a small saucepan, combine honey, turmeric, ginger, and garlic. Gently heat over low heat for 10–20 minutes. Do not boil.

Cool and Store: Let the mixture cool. Pour into a clean glass jar and seal tightly.
