Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta, flour, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix until a thick, slightly sticky batter forms.
Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly into crisp shapes.
Lightly spray each with olive oil.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and firm.
Let cool slightly before serving.
