Homemade Turkish Style Feta Cheese Fritters

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until you get a thick batter.

Fold in chopped red and green bell peppers, parsley, and crumbled feta.

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.

Using a spoon, drop small portions of batter into the hot oil.

Fry for about 2–3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.

Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
