Introduction:
These Turkish-style feta cheese fritters are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Packed with colorful peppers, herbs, and creamy feta cheese, they’re a quick and satisfying option for lunch, appetizers, or even a picnic treat.

Ingredients:
For approximately 12 fritters:

1 egg

1 cup (240 ml) milk

2⅔ cups (320 g) all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 green bell pepper, finely chopped

A small bowl of chopped parsley (about ½ cup)

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Oil for frying
