For approximately 12 fritters:
1 egg
1 cup (240 ml) milk
2⅔ cups (320 g) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
A small bowl of chopped parsley (about ½ cup)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Oil for frying
