Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and half the garlic. Spread on a baking tray.
Bake sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, season chicken breasts with thyme, rosemary, paprika, remaining garlic, salt, and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden (about 2–3 min per side).
Add chicken to the tray with sweet potatoes. Toss asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to tray.
Return tray to oven and bake everything for 15–20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
