Healthy Chicken & Broccoli Patties

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, eggs, oats, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and spices.

Mix until well combined and let rest for 5 minutes to thicken.

Form the mixture into 6–8 small patties using your hands.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and firm.

Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil, then serve warm.
