Garlic Potatoes: Quick and Easy to Prepare!

Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes until just tender. Drain well.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add potatoes to the pan. Toss and cook for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.

Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Add Parmesan or chili flakes if using.

Serve hot as a side with grilled meat, salad, or as a snack on their own!
