Garlic and Lime – A Natural Duo for Better Health

1 clove raw garlic (crushed)

Juice of 1 lime (freshly squeezed)

1 cup warm water

Optional: 1 tsp honey for taste

Instructions:
Crush the garlic and let it sit for 5–10 minutes to activate the allicin.

Add the lime juice to warm (not hot) water.

Stir in the crushed garlic and honey if using.

Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
