Fruit Pudding and Caramel Dessert

In a saucepan, mix milk, cornstarch, and sugar.

Stir continuously over medium heat until thickened.

Add vanilla and remove from heat. Let it cool slightly.

Fold in the banana, apple, grapes, and raisins.

Prepare the caramel:

In another pan, melt sugar with water over medium heat without stirring.

Once golden, add butter and mix gently.

Add cream or milk and stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Assemble:

Pour the fruit pudding into serving glasses or bowls.

Drizzle with warm caramel sauce.

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
