If using dried tiger nuts, rinse to remove dirt or stones and soak them in clean water overnight until softened.
Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the soaked tiger nuts and place in a blender.
Remove the seeds from the dates, rinse them, and add to the blender.
Peel and chop the ginger, and add it to the blender along with the coconut flesh.
Add a small amount of water or coconut water and blend until smooth.
Step 3: Extract the Milk
Pour the blended mixture through a clean cheesecloth or fine strainer into a bowl.
Return the pulp to the blender, add more water, blend again, and strain.
Repeat until you've extracted all the rich, creamy milk (don’t over-dilute it for best taste).
Step 4: Chill the Drink
Pour the extracted milk into a clean container and refrigerate until well chilled.
Step 5: Serve
Enjoy your tiger nut drink cold. Shake before serving if needed.
