Creamy Pumpkin and Cottage Cheese Casserole Delight

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

Cook the Pumpkin:
Steam or boil the diced pumpkin until tender (about 10–15 minutes). Drain and mash lightly.

Mix Ingredients:
In a bowl, mix the mashed pumpkin with cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, honey (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

Bake:
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until set and golden on top.

Cool and Serve:
Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or cold.
