Pour in milk or chicken broth and whisk to combine into a creamy sauce.
Add ranch seasoning, shredded chicken, and half the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is heated through.
Fold in the cooked pasta and mix to coat well.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
Optional: Garnish with bacon bits and green onions before serving.
