Preheat Oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Season Chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, dried garlic, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Pan-Sear (Optional): Lightly sear the chicken breasts in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil for 2–3 minutes on each side to lock in flavor.
Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream (or yogurt), ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and oregano.
Assemble: Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the cream mixture evenly over the top.
Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden.
Rest: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
