Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

In a bowl, mix crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the Salmon:
Pat salmon fillets dry. Use a sharp knife to cut a deep pocket in each fillet, without slicing all the way through.

Stuff the Salmon:
Fill each pocket with the seafood stuffing, pressing gently to pack it in.

Season and Sear:
Brush the salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the top.
Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 2–3 minutes per side.

Bake:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and stuffing is heated.

Serve:
Let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
